Fixed-duration venetoclax-rituximab (VenR) in patients with relapsed/refractory chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) in the phase 3 MURANO trial (NCT02005471) resulted in superior progression-free survival (PFS) and overall survival (OS) vs bendamustine-rituximab (BR).
