CONCLUSIONS: MAVORIC demonstrated greater efficacy with mogamulizumab vs. vorinostat in relapsed/refractory patients with CTCL, including those with more advanced disease. Concomitant steroid use improved ORR and PFS but did not impact vorinostat outcomes.
