Embryonal tumors with multilayered rosettes (ETMR) are highly aggressive and therapy-resistant pediatric central nervous system (CNS) tumors that have three histological patters: embryonal tumor with abundant neuropil and true rosettes, ependymoblastoma, and medulloepithelioma.
