Indolent CD4+ cytotoxic chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell lymphoma involving the small intestine was diagnosed in a patient who had previously received ciltacabtagene autoleucel (cilta-cel) CAR T-cell therapy for treatment of myeloma.
