We investigated efficacy and safety of mavorixafor, an oral CXCR4 antagonist for participants with Warts, Hypogammaglobulinemia, Infections, and Myelokathexis (WHIM) syndrome, a rare immunodeficiency caused by CXCR4 gain-of-function variants.
