Post-transplant lymphoproliferative disorders (PTLDs) are a heterogenous set of unregulated lymphoid cell proliferations after organ or tissue transplant. A majority of cases are associated with the Epstein-Barr virus and higher intensity of pharmacologic immunosuppression. The clinical presentations are numerous.
