RAD51B-rearranged sarcomas are rare neoplasms that exhibit a heterogeneous morphology. To date, 6 cases have been reported all involving the uterus, including 4 perivascular epithelioid cell tumors (PEComas) and 2 leiomyosarcomas (LMS).
